Lily Richards's directorial premier was in 1995 at the tender age of two in her living room where she directed a series of stories starring small plastic miniatures of Snow White and the Seven dwarves. Since then she has gone on to direct her own one act play, “The Silent Table” which premiered at the Rarework’s Women’s Theatre Festival. “Twenty” was Lily’s screen directorial debut and she now absolutely loves directing for both the stage and screen. Recently she went on to direct her first commercial, the “Tazzeto Coffee Holiday Commercial” as well as the episode “Damsel”of ”The Female Gaze” web series. In October of last year, Lily flew to Rwanda to direct a documentary on the Rwandan genocide, documenting a woman’s return to the country 10 years later. It is currently in post-production.
